Amending a booking

You can request changes to your bookings online at any time.

How to amend a booking

  1. Click Account App Store located at the top right corner of the home page and Login.
  2. Hover on Manage in the top menu and select Shipment Overview - Export to track shipments or to search for a shipment.
  3. When you have found the relevant shipment, click it to access the Shipment Binder.
  4. Click Amend booking and enter the amendment details.
  5. Click Request amendment.
