Do I have to add the bank account every time for the smart pay & how many accounts can we add?

Bank account would be enrolled once but the Direct Debit authorization has to be renewed every year. You can add as many bank accounts as you want for your online payments.

If you want to use the same bank account for future transactions, you still need to sign the bank mandate form to renew the subscription for direct debit function after one year since you first signed the Mandatory form. This is applicable to both types of form online and Physical alike, as the banks don’t approve pre-authorization for more than a year.
