Take the fast-track to future leadership at Maersk

Maersk is seeking the world’s best graduates to join our new graduate programme in Transport & Logistics with the tagline: ‘Go with your passion. Move the world’

Maersk’s Transport & Logistics division has launched a new graduate programme Go with Maersk.

The programme aims to attract the world’s best graduates, who will be fast-tracked into leadership positions driving the future growth of the business.

Candidates are required to have a Master’s Degree from a leading business school, plus two to three years relevant work experience.

The whole supply chain in focus

Go with Maersk supports the new strategic direction for Maersk’s Transport & Logistics division, by providing graduates an overview of the entire global supply chain - including shipping, logistics and freight forwarding, as well as profound knowledge of one T&L brand.

Ulf Hahnemann, T&L Chief Human Resources Officer says: “Go with Maersk is one of the first visible products of the closer collaboration between the Transport & Logistics brands and is a key investment in our people. The new setup positions Maersk as an attractive employer for graduates across our key markets globally, and allows us develop future senior leaders with a holistic understanding of the transportation and logistics industry.”

Attracting top talent

The four-year programme involves two job rotations, followed by a two-year expatriate posting. Developing an ‘outside-in’ perspective of the industry will be key, with graduates undertaking on- and off-site customer visits in order to understand the business through the eyes of the customer.
