  • T1 Documentation Fee T1D

    This fee is applied to cover the costs related to issuing T1 documents. 

     T1 documents are required for European Union tax regulations when transporting non-community goods between two locations in the EU Customs area. 

     This fee is applicable for all European Union shipments and allows taxes to be suspended until the cargo reaches its final destination.

    This service covers the cost of the handling of a container at the destination port or terminal. This service is applicable to all shipments.

  • Transfer to Bonded Warehouse Service IBC
    A service that covers the administration costs to arrange for the transfer of the container to a bonded warehouse requested by the customer. Please note there will also be carrier haulage (IHE or IHI) charges applicable in addition to this fee. This fee is applied based upon the customer's request.

    AME - Transport Document Amendment Fee - ExportAmendment fee should be charged for any amendments done after a specific time at Origin.Exceptions to this :- Change of destination- Detention in transit- Return shipment- Re-export- Extending inland haulage- Traders second set (switch bills)- Hitchment Transport Documents- Multiple changes are allowed within a singleamendment request per Transport Document (B/L).- Transport Document Amendment Fee - Import(AMI) will notapply if the requested changes are due to a Carrier error.- For Split bills the application of AMI will be AMIvalue X No of Split bills.- For Combined bills the application of AMI will beAMI value x No of bills affected.Please note: Restrictions may apply to how late in the shipment process the carrier is able to arrange for an amendment, e.g. after the containers related to the Transport Documents (B/Ls) are loaded or the import procedures have begun, not all amendment requestsmight be feasible.To know more about the Product policy and end to end information on application guidelines to the sales and customer service, please click on the below links:Note: For better overview please click on the below picture

    This surcharge covers the administrative cost of providing a new set of BLs.It covers the issuance of BL in a location that is different from origin or destination as well as re-issuance needed for other reasons

  • Triaxle Chassis Export TRE

    The carrier can arrange to provide tri-axle chassis for the customer to use. These chassis allow more cargo to be loaded into the container than would otherwise be legally possible.

    This service is applicable in 2 ways at Origin: 

    1. Customer’s can request for the tri-axle, in which the carrier will manually add the charge to the shipment.
    2. When the weight of the cargo makes it a legal requirement that a tri-axle chassis be used on a shipment the charge be added.
