  • Damco Customs Services formalized a pilot program and longer term road map to combine multiple Bills of Lading per vessel to a single entry

  • Where initially the client had 40 different entries per Bill of Lading per vessel, we are now able to consolidate various bills of ladings to a single entry with same vessel conveyance

  • Damco works closely with the authorities if there is a hold on one of the containers, releasing the others to the client, while the on-hold container is inspected

  • $700,000 savings in the first year’s pilot program. $1.5Million savings in year 2
