Reefer services

A partnership with us has a lot to offer in terms of Reefer container fleet size and pioneering visibility technology. However, as we see it, people are at the heart of our solutions.

With over 305 years of combined Reefer expertise, our team of specialists is always looking for new ways to enhance your business. Whether it’s facilitating cargo trials when you need to export a new commodity or reach a new market, or proactively resolving issues along the way – they’ve got you covered.

Cargo visibility

Our Remote Container Management technology was developed to help you monitor the conditions inside your container, from pickup to delivery. Through this technology, refrigerated freight containers send a satellite message with updates on temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels to our Reefer Control Tower, the port of arrival, equipment management and repair vendors, and you.

You can access this live data with the help of Captain Peter, your virtual Remote Container Management assistant. If conditions inside your container deviate from their set values, our team at the control tower will proactively investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Further, should a market situation change, you can choose to re-direct your cargo to a different destination while in transit.

In other words, Remote Container Management is more than a cargo visibility technology. It is our way of helping you take real-time decisions with confidence.

Cold Chain Logistics

If you choose to work with us from end to end, there’s so much we can do for your business. For instance, to help an exporter comply with the regulations of a destination country, we pre-cooled their fruits at the origin.

For another customer, we limited additional charges – particularly from inspections. And in another case, we helped a partner sell his fruits directly to retailers at the destination.

Cold Chain Logistics

More than just containers

There’s more to our Reefer containers than maintaining the required conditions for your perishable items and keeping you updated with real-time notifications. Learn about our innovations below.
