Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are applicable to imports only.
- The rate paid by the customer includes Ocean freight, transportation and the processing of the custom clearance
- Outlays (e.g. port dues, delivery order, if any): To be paid by clients. In case Maersk is required to pay on behalf of customer, additional AED 100 will be charged
- Container Deposit: Paid by client
- Duties and VAT: Paid by client
Please note:
- 4 hours free truck waiting time for stuffing/destuffing, thereafter AED 125/hour for dry containers and AED 175 /hour for Reefer containers
- Reefer Plug-in Charges: AED 160/Container/day
- Custom inspection, if required: AED 150/container
- Municipality Inspection, if required: AED 150/ container
- Toll charges – as per actuals
- Additional weighment will be quoted and billed separately, upon customer’s request
- Terminal Loading Unloading Charge will be charged as per port tariff, if applicable
- VGM & Token charges will be billed as per actuals
