Notice: Transition to MyFinance for Advance Payment Receipts

Advance payment receipts are now available in MyFinance. Customers are encouraged to begin using this option immediately and are requested to transition to MyFinance for advance payment receipts by 1 October 2026.

What this means for you

• Go to the Credits and Refunds tab in MyFinance to access an advance payment receipt.
• Download receipts individually or in bulk.
• Share receipts by email with up to five recipients, including third-party agents.
• Select and email up to 10 receipts at a time. Recipients will receive one email with the selected receipts attached as separate files.
• For payment receipts linked to paid invoices, go to the Paid tab and download the receipt individually.

Customers are responsible for sharing advance payment receipts directly with their third-party agents or other intended recipients. Watch our short video guide to see how easy it is to access, download, and share advance payment receipts in MyFinance.

We encourage all customers to register for and begin using MyFinance now to ensure a smooth transition by 1 October 2026.
