Maersk has reviewed the Import Combined Demurrage & Detention tariffs, effective from 15th July 2020.

Combined equipment demurrage and detention commences on and includes the day that the full container is gated-in full at inland terminal and ends on the day that the empty container is gated-in at the terminal/port.
- Non-operating Reefers (NOR) will be charged as DRY equipment.
- Shipper Owned Containers (SOC) are not subject to combined demurrage & detention.
- Combined Demurrage & Detention will be invoiced as detention.
- New Year, Easter and Christmas holidays count unless they fall within the allowed free time period.
