Maersk leadership teams, as well as management in all other areas where cases of COVID-19 have been identified, are closely monitoring the situation as part of our strong commitment to ensure the safety of our employees whilst working towards mitigating any possible impact to our customers’ operations.

General Status
We have decided to assign only 2 days per week to send/receive the original documents in our Bucharest office as follows.
Import
We will assign only Tuesday to receive the original Bs/L, which we would encourage you to send it by courier to be received by us on Tuesday.
Export
We will send the original Bs/L by courier every Friday.
Effective date
Monday 23 March 2020.
So kindly arrange with your courier service companies and representatives to meet above proposed times, otherwise we will not be able to receipt your documents.
Despite the difficult situation that all of us are currently facing, we promise to continue serving our customers and delivering the expected level of customer experience.
