19 March 2020:
In connection with the prevention of Covid-19 spread and also considering Ministry of Health recommendations, Maersk Bulgaria office will work on closed door policy until March 29, 2020 as to avoid the risk of negative impact on our operations and therefore on your cargo.
During this period all employees, their e-mails and phones are active and working as usual, without any disruption for the service provided to our customers. Please note that only change applies to accepting documents (original bills of ladings, any other inbound documents), which is available at the Reception of M Plaza Building.
In order to ensure smooth handling, we hereby ask you to put documents in a sealed envelope with company name and contact information on it.
Please take into consideration that collection of these documents is done once a day, therefore please plan your cargo pick up accordingly.
Should you have any concern and/or queries, please feel free to contact your Maersk Local Representative, we will be happy to assist you.
