One of it is to reduce direct handling of cash, there we hereby notify you officially the changes of payment mode, this is in considering the safety of your staff and ours equally. Hence we request that all payments for Delivery Order are via Online transfer to the bank given below or by cheque in favor MAERSK QATAR MARITIME SERVICES WLL.
Kindly drop the duly endorsed original Bill of Lading along with other documents as required (Indemnity, cheque, Email ID, Contact Number and LOI if needed) in the mentioned dedicated box. We shall send the Receipt, Delivery order & Delivery order extension by email after the confirmation of payment has been received within 2-3 hours.
Please ensure the payments are made in advance and drop / send document in advance to avoid any delay in getting Delivery Order or D/O extension.
To even avoid of your coming to our office for DO and Extension collection, we once again urge you to use option of our Email facility wherein scan us deposit /transfer slip with other documents to QA.IMPORT@MAERSK.COM or QA.IMPORT@SAFMARINE.COM . Incase of Original bill of lading your side need to drop us ONE duly endorsed bill of lading to our drop box prior sending email.
