To improve your documentation experience and the quality of our invoices, we are implementing the Payer Amendment Fee Destination (PAD) effective 1st November 2019.
As you know, we make the information about the payer at destination available in the Arrival notices and one can view payer for each shipment in the shipment binder on our website. In addition, to access this data, at any time, you can now view on our website with any standing instructions that you agreed upon.
The Payer Amendment Fee Destination (PAD) of USD 40 per Bill of Lading will be activated in case of changes to destination payers on or after last vessel arrival date.
