During the forthcoming Easter weekend there will be some changes to the normal operating hours and information exchange which will affect port, depot and rail operations. We have added a number of linked files detailing the changes and following is an outline of these:
CY & Information cut-off
During the holiday period we have adjusted some cut-off times for container & information receival. The key cut-off times are explained as follows:
- CY cut-off – This represents the deadline for full containers to physically be received into the Container Terminal.
- Information cut-off – This represents the deadline for which customers will need to supply us the container numbers to complete our vessel load list. Often the planning operation is commenced prior to the CY cut-off deadline. In these cases we need to complete our load list before the CY cut-off, hence we set an information cut-off. For containers that have not yet been gated into the Container Terminal, customers will need to supply us these container numbers by the Information cut-off deadline.

Detention freetime extension
Maersk Line will offer extended import and export detention freetime during Easter. The concession is for Good Friday (19 April), Easter Sunday (21 April), Easter Monday (22 April) and Anzac Day (25 April). If the Easter holidays fall within a container's freetime period, then freetime will be extended to include these days.
