Inland haulage includes transportation from vendors to the port of shipment, and from discharge port to the point of stripping the ocean container by truck and / or rail.

 Weight bands

The total weight allowed is up to 26 tons for all type of containers. The acceptance above max weight mentioned in weight bands up to 26 tons requires special permission and subject to liner approval.

Weight bands for all ALL Store Door bookings (SD) effective as of 1st January 2018 as follows:

How to dispute an invoice

We do everything to provide a 100% invoice accuracy. We know how important for our Customers is to receive a correct invoice for the first time and each time. However, if it happens you receive an incorrect invoice from Maersk Line, we are prepared to react to it in a fast manner. 

Instead of making a phone call, we now offer you a possibility to send a dispute via web site using MyFinance, where after placing the dispute you can track the status of it.
