It should never happen, but regrettably it sometimes does. You have received an incorrect invoice from Maersk.
Instead of making a phone call, we now offer you the possibility to send a dispute via our website. We will automatically receive your dispute and this will enable us to consider it quickly and correctly and send you a revised invoice
In order to use the on-line invoicing services you'll need a digital certificate which you'll receive by a one-time registration on www.maersk.com.
