How to dispute an invoice 

We do everything to provide a 100% invoice accuracy. We know how important for our Customers is to receive a correct invoice for the first time and each time. However, if it happens you receive an incorrect invoice from Maersk Line, we are prepared to react to it in a fast manner. 

Instead of making a phone call, we now offer you a possibility to log your dispute online via My Finance. 

How to log dispute via My Finance

Invoices are automatically issued in USD. In case you would like to receive invoice in EUR, please contact customer service team latest 3 working days before the invoice is issued. 

Export invoices are issued on vessel ETD date. 
Import invoices are issued 5 calendar days prior vessel ETA.
