Maersk is looking for a regional Senior Technical Program Manager who will manage the technical Warehouse Management System implementations, integrations, and development of enhancements. This TPM works closely with internal business, operations, and engineering colleagues as well as our customers to ensure the best-in-class delivery of site and warehouse implementations.
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies, business models and capabilities into a product that will delight and satisfy our warehouse operations and customers. Demonstrated experience project planning and implementing Warehousing Management Systems is critical.

Key Responsibilities
You will look to always improve upon the current methodologies and implementation approaches, and work hard to identify how we can work at scale as we begin to expand operations across LATAM.
You will work closely with Product Owners and Regional teams to ensure there is sufficient resource and capability planning based against provided demand and forecasting.
You will work closely with sales teams to ensure WMS solutions are suitable for customer requirements, and timelines are feasible for delivery.
You will work closely with engineering / tech teams to ensure enhancements and product developments are being tracked and delivered to required customer or site standard scope.
You will work across multiple disciplines and organisations to ensure customer needs are forefront and prioritised for successful WMS implementation and overall project delivery.
You will manage key stakeholders and have excellent communication skills to a wide variety of audiences.
You will have excellent project management ability to ensure transparency into each implementation is accessible and readily available to all key stakeholders.
You will be comfortable escalating to VP when implementations experience challenges that cause projects to become delayed.
You will be responsible for growing and managing a team.
Who we are looking for
Excellent understanding of Warehousing and Logistics, particularly WMS products and processes.
Customer centricity and ability to understand complex problems / customer scopes to ensure implementation delivery of the highest standard for each customer.
Autonomous working style with ability to self-prioritize and meet deadlines.
Delivery focused with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues.
Interpersonal skills and capability to deal diplomatically in conflicting interest situations at various levels in the organization.
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills by using sound judgements to make timely and effective decisions.
Ability to understand the complexity of a global conglomerate and the role of technology as an integrated part of the business.
Demonstrate a combination of technical engineering knowledge to understand system constraints and capabilities.
7+ years' experience in a cross functional technical project management role.
BSc in a technical related discipline is desirable.
Project Management certification is required, or demonstrated a record of accomplishment of delivering complex projects.
Able and willing to travel onsite as required multiple times a year.
Fluent in English.
Spanish language fluency is a benefit.
