As People Advisor, you’ll play a vital part in our success, supporting our employees with their HR queries so that they can focus on their own jobs. People Advisor is responsible for acting as first point of contact for employees and take ownership of managing each HR related query to conclusion in order to deliver a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Your role as People Advisor will be to solve the HR-related queries of our employees and leaders and make sure their interaction with HR results in a great experience. For this you will:

· Prepare and maintain HR files and Employee’s documentation.

· Own to resolution people’s inquiries received by Phone, Chat, Cases and Face to Face in our different country’s locations, about HR policies and procedures, understand their need, investigate options, seek solutions and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve the inquiries in a reasonable time frame.

· Coordinate and administer onboarding, job moves and offboarding processes.

· Train employees and managers in using our HR tools and systems but also our service delivery model and manage their respective communications.

· Identify, assess and drive requests for improvements ensuring alignment across teams and regions.

· Coordinate the deployment of projects.

· Ensure adherence to HR procedures, practices, directives, systems and regulations within an assigned set of countries.

· Manage HR data quality and activities related to it.

· Onboard, guide and support new members of the team.

· Assist the People Advisory Manager in workload distribution and Case and Chat assignment as needed.

· Handles documentation. May participate and suggest improvements in document handling or have different Access to documents for specific requirements (e.g. formal complaints, subpoenas, etc).

· Resolves cases and may handle meetings for proper closure within other HR colleagues and stakeholders given the complexity of the cases.

What we are looking for

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

· Experience in HR and knowledge of local labor law/HR practices in one or more countries of America

· 3-6 years of experience in HR

· Workday experience is a plus.

· Employee centricity.

· Great collaboration and partnership.

· Empathic listener and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Attention to details.

· Good planning and structuring of work.

· Solution-oriented, focusing on quality and improvements.

· Agility and ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

· Fluency in English, Spanish is preferred.
