Job Purpose/summary

Support and Enable overall Transformation Program, to help strengthen the Future Enterprise vision of being global integrator of container logistics, connecting and simplifying our customers’ global supply chains..

Key responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholders and keep the Transformation Agenda on track, Partner with Head PMO..
  • Create consultant level outputs and present the message professionally with simplicity..
  • Deal with leaders for actions..
  • Influence without Authority keeping end to end value in mind..

Required experience & skills

  • 10 to 14 years overall work experience
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations/requirements
  • Able to deliver through others without authority
  • Prior experience in LEAN/Six Sigma/Prince2/Agile/SCRUM..
