Manages and coordinates new client implementation to ensure smooth
transition of business to Damco operation team and knowledge/experience
transfer.Has responsibility for implementing processes change projects in the country/branch and develops detailed implementation plans, sets expectations and gets agreement with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates necessary training for new clients during on-boarding and monitors post implementation performance until the operation is stabilised.
