Location: London or Copenhagen

We are looking to hire an experienced Early Careers  Recruiter to help hire top technical talent across EMEA.  You will be part of a fast-growing team that is crucial for the company’s success and growth.  As an Early Careers Recruiter you will support our growing Early Careers offering in EMEA.  You will be joining hardworking team, be supported by great colleagues and have a direct impact on company success.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of Early Careers talent to the business

  • Building trusted partnership with EMEA business and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs, capabilities, and knowledge requirement & gaps

  • Deliver first class hiring manager and candidate experience

  • Own the end to end recruiting process from attraction through to onboarding

  • Manage relationships with universities and third party suppliers.

  • Own relationship with local schools/universities and work with Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator scheduled of events are booked and managed/attended

  • Brief business speakers and attendees for campus events and collate feedback post events

  • Schedule and facilitate, as necessary, interviews and assessment centres.

  • Reporting on recruitment activity and candidate pipelines

  • Serve as a business partner to hiring managers throughout the recruiting and offer process

What will you bring?

  • Early Careers recruiting experience, within technology would be advantageous

  • Knowledge and proven track record in implementing candidate engagement initiatives, executing digital campaign

  • Thought partnership, detail & result orientation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage own workload

  • Self-motivation, strong time management and organization skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional language capabilities would be advantageous
