Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the Customer Success partner will support the Area Sales Team in managing and growing an important number of assigned accounts and help drive sales standardization and offshoring of activities.

Responsibilties:
Ensure Sales reps are supported using the standard channels and processes:
Coordinate contract creation and onboarding activities in coordination with customer service
Supporting RFI/RFQ ( Ocean and LnS) and coordinating with many internal stakeholders
Manage the tender process together with the tender management team
Manage customer specific agreements within standard processes (request for approval and coordination of filing); non-standard routings, free time, VIP, commitment, credit terms
Assist with issue resolution; dispute handling, case input
Review customer compliance and provide insights to sales rep
Drive invoice quality by understanding root causes and correcting issues
