Air Import Specialist

Our Air freight sector have an opportunity for an Air Import Specialist at our London Heathrow site.

We need you to be a key member of the Import Team, you will be the main contact for clients within your vertical, working with Senior colleagues to deliver KPI performance & best in class services.  You will be proactive in identifying issue and mitigating them, ensure issues raised are resolved quickly.  Working closely,  collaboratively  with other teams within and across Station/Maersk. Actively building strong relationships with customers on a day to day basis.

Skills and experience we are looking for :

Strong Airfreight end to end process knowledge

Good time management skills

Good interpersonal, communication and excellent negotiating skills

Ability to engage and link multiple parties across functions and geographies

Ability to understand and interpret performance data

Strong customer focus

Works well under pressure
