Key responsibilities

•Customer Relationship: Be the primary point of contact for customers and act as an advocate for the customer internally; Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers, and desires
•Customer Experience: Own customer experience. Proactively serve the Customer to achieve best-in-class Customer Service
•Process Execution: Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment by working closely with customer and internal stakeholders.
•Standard Adherence: Adhering to process in line with the agreed execution Standards and customer specific IOP’s and monitor respective KPI’s. Ensure all compliance matters are followed.
•Business growth: Identify and execute upselling opportunities; Driving value through the network
•Proactive Communication: With all Stakeholders in the process ensure proactive and professional communications in all matters.
•Internal Stakeholder Focus: Interacts with Warehouses, Commercial, Product, and Global Service Centres, as required
•Supporting Processes as assigned related to Air freight Operations and Services to include Revenue Management /Finance tasks, Compliance Matters, claims handling, File Management, Systems testing, and Implementation Coordination.
•Any Other Duties as assigned by Direct Leader as needed to meet the business needs.

•High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in related business area is preferred
•Minimum 2 years of experience of Airfreight process knowledge

This position generally requires availability for a 40 hour work week during standard business hours. It may also require overtime availability during the week past standard business hours and/or on weekends or holidays. All overtime worked will be compensated in accordance with any local, state, or federal law, as applicable.
