Key responsibilities

Senior Ocean Customer Experience Manager is responsible for putting the customer at the centre of everything we

do and helping to bring to life, in the eyes of our customers, the Maersk integrator strategy.

The position is responsible for leading the Ocean Customer Experience team to deliver a world class customer experience. This involves full responsibility for customer facing execution for various Ocean Products and customer segments.

Senior Ocean Experience Manager will ensure that we deliver as promised to our customers. Driving proactive customer support and issue resolution for a seamless customer experience.

Senior Ocean Experience Manager is a leadership position with the responsibility for building a high performing and engaged Single Carrier Customer Experience team and to manage, coach and provide leadership for a group of leaders of leaders.

Senior Ocean Experience Manager will also build a team with strong knowledge of the various products, ensure good collaboration and customer experience as part of cross-functional customer teams.

Senior Ocean Experience Manager will, adopting talent and succession planning approaches, ensure that the Ocean Carrier Customer Experience team have the right capabilities to support our customer needs.
