Cyber Manager - Emerging Cyber Risk
Opportunity
This role is to assist in the delivery of strategic emerging cyber security risks and opportunities, supporting overall governance, quantitative modelling assessments, stakeholder workshops, future product roadmap insight and overall awareness of future risk.

Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities
•Assist in the development and delivery of the Strategic Cyber Risk and Foresight strategy
•Assist in directing third party organisations into the research priorities for the emerging cyber risk and opportunity radar, managing them effectively to ensure receipt of work is to standard
•Identify new emerging cyber risks and opportunities, articulating them with specifity but in laymens terms so that they can be understood by tech/ non-tech folk
•Conduct quantitative modelling on both emerging Cyber risks and opportunities across three time horizons, understanding minimum/ maximum and most likely quantitative values for probable scenarios
•Undertake mapping against the Cyber investment portfolio to understand where we have Cyber solutions that could be considered as planned mitigation and where there are gaps and we may need to articulate new solutions to proactively mitigate emerging risk/ leverage opportunities
•Conduct stakeholder workshops to raise awareness of identified emerging risks and opportunities, gathering feedback and incorporating that back into the radar
•Work in conjunction with the policy and standards teams and governance teams to identify gaps in Cyber standards and Cyber/ Tech strategy
•Assist in the creation, overarching governance and updating of all methodologies, processes and procedures relevant to emerging cyber risk and opportunities.
•Work with the wider team to drive a culture of understanding and awareness around emerging Cyber Security risks throughout Technology and the Brands
•Contribution to Corporate ERM emerging risk radar, ensuring outputs are mapped to the Cyber emerging risk and opportunity radar.

•Ability to drive process teams to understand reporting situation, explores options and come to consensus on preferred solution
•Good presentation skills
•Ability to work with offshore stakeholders
•Ability to work with vague requirements and go through multiple iterations before agreeing on a workable solution
Experience
•Experience in Cyber Security (risk desired) (5+ years)
•Experience within a cyber/ academic research capacity desired
•Experience within a customer-focused environment
•Experience with FAIR modelling desired
