Regional Tradelens Customer Growth Manager (Seoul)
Opportunity
The Regional Tradelens Customer Growth Manager is a combined role focused on existing customers’ account management, including ownership for onboarding, account management, upselling, retention and renewals.
Additionally, as a Subject Matter Expert further enhancing local solution expertise/knowledge/sales upskill – giving 360 approaches to customer.

Key responsibilities
Product SME
• Subject Matter Expert for the customers
• Engage with Customers and provide expertise (deep-dive sessions when required)
• Provide regular product updates and rollout on new features, to the customers
• Drives new Go-To-Market initiatives to the customers.
• Support Region on driving local Sales Enablement Initiatives; focus on upskill sales organization
Account Management
• Ownership of closed-won customers
• Full responsibility of customer onboarding activities
• Responsible for upsell opportunities to existing customers
• Customer continued subscription to renewal
• Customer account plan and execution
• Work with CX team for customer requirements alignment
• Share customer feedback and requirements with CEN TradeLens Global Team and Global TradeLens team to support product development and commercial strategy
• Customer Case-Studies
Business Development
• Support CEN and Regional Product Team for Go-To-Market activities

Candidate Personality Profile

Basic requirement:
- IT graduate, software solutions background
- 5 years’ experience in software presales solutioning/consulting
- 3 years project management/implementation experience
- Supply Chain industry experience
- Fluent in Korean language, Japanese language would be an advantage (Seoul)
- Experience and ability to travel and work regionally
- Experience in customer account management
- Customer retention and renewal
- Must be flexible for travelling
