Key responsibilities

Deliver LCL product volume and revenue growth:
•Proactively identify LCL pipeline opportunities and engage with sales owner to improve sales velocity and conversion rates.
•Engage with sales team and their customers in North America or overseas on opportunities as LCL product expert.
•Drive trade lane development programs to deliver growth.
•Develop solutions and manage tenders for LCL opportunities.
Responsible for customer profitability for LCL:
•Review customer profit margin for LCL product.
•Drive margin improvement to ensure overall product profit margin targets are met.
•Communicate and implement changes in rates and surcharges.
Ensure customer satisfaction within the LCL product:
•Drive successful new business onboarding and compliance.
•Liaise between sales, customers and operations to identify and resolve systemic service issues.
•Act as the voice of the customer within the product.

We are looking for

•4-6 years Less than Container Load L sales, product, or operational experience
•High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
•Proven account management and commercial skills
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
•A strong execution minded individual with good judgment and strong operational understanding including an understanding of systems.
•A well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player with a collaborative mindset
This position generally requires availability for a 40 hour work week during standard business hours. The position also requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, based on customer and/or business needs, to include adjustments for global time zone differences.
