This exciting role provides opportunity as a partner to the Senior Vice President, get involve and co-run projects and spar with senior leadership team of the function. You would also responsible in ensuring timely flow of information to and from the executive office.

The ideal candidate is someone who has great attention to details with the ability to zoom and zoom out, having a strategic mindset and the ability to connect the dots. As partner to the VP, the candidate should have ability to handle information with discretion, tact and professionalism

Furthermore, you would have a proven ability to successfully manage projects with competing priorities and deadlines. You need to be comfortable in navigating and managing through various layers and seniority of stakeholders.

This role provides a fantastic learning opportunity and insights into senior stakeholders’ thoughts and decision-making process, whilst gaining exposure and understanding of business priorities and honing coordination and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating the manager’s calendar. Further, to be able to maintain a daily changing calendar with discretion and handle urgent enquiries in the best possible way as well as following up appropriately with daily interactions
• Own Communication from VP office (internal / external)
• Co-lead leadership meetings - work closely and effectively with the team on various projects and tasks to understand goals and the direction
• Continuous improvement on effectiveness of business engagement (meetings objectives, deliverables, follow up etc.)
• Being e a great team ambassador and ensuring a trust-worthy relationship with the manager and the rest of the team, HR and other key stakeholders in the organization
• Own/Co-Own projects

• Around 5+ years’ experience in serving senior executives in sizable multinational companies
• Excellent communication skill with high proficiency in written and spoken English
