Product Support (Landside) Analyst

The job purpose of the role is to support the Area Product Team in managing the day to day activities for Product while allowing the core Product team to focus on the maintenance and creation of new Landside product and services from concept to fruition.

Key responsibilities
Assist in the Area Product Teams:
- Maintenance of Customer specific accounts RFQ-related bid and profit statements.
- Design and construct professional slides deck to support ongoing bids and product development.
- Follow up and close monthly action plan with Operations, Accounts, Finance and Business Controller for key customer accounts.
- Data extraction and analysis as and when required.
- Follow up with various functions such as Finance, Business Control (BCO), Sales Support, Operations, and others on data accuracy.
- Be the single point of contact and responsible party to track and follow up with the various functions on improving data quality and visibility.
- From the data available, highlight trends, potential upsides, and downsides for the various Products and support them in formulating business improvement plans or new product development.
BI Dashboard:
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Product Dashboard.
- Deliver weekly report and ensure hygiene data by checking with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide key transactional performance metrics as and when required.

We are looking for
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with 4 to 6 years of working experience.
- Good understanding of global forwarding industry with plus points in Ocean, Transportation and Customer Solutions experience.
- Hands on experience in Power BI, data analysis/mining and presentation skill.
- Mature and well-developed management skills and collaborative skills to work with different stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of application with software in project management and intermediate to expert level skills proficiency in Ms Office.
- Good understanding of statistical data analysis.
- Ability to work with a team and make independent decisions and meet deadlines with constant supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
- Fluent in English – verbal and written
