The Regional Product Manager is responsible for driving the growth and development for the Lead Logistics Product family while also being an operational subject matter expert on execution of the product. The role is responsible for achieving profitable growth for the product through product innovation and actively supporting the commercial process.

The Regional Product Manager works closely with Sales and Opportunity Management and helps in unearthing the pain points that address the customer’s requirements with a cost-effective, high quality logistics solutions which can be effectively implemented and executed.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for Driving Growth for LLP
• Drive and Achieve Regional / Area Lead Logistics Product targets based on Regional growth ambition through New and Additional Business Acquisition
• Maintain and grow existing business through successful contract renewals with expanded geographical and/or additional service scope
• Monitor the LL sales pipeline and if necessary, drive inflow, velocity and win rate via Area Sales Managers.
• Engage in key customer pursuits.
• Ownership of P&L Management for LLP
• Jointly responsible for P&L and making sure the product is fit for purpose and operating at the lowest cost to serve
• Drive Procurement and Productivity improvement initiatives.
• Drive Global / Regional strategy for LLP.
• Drive product go-to-market strategy including regional /area customization by setting product pricing guardrails
• Identify target segments and customers, regularly review strategy and adapt to market and customer needs
• Critical product support to the dedicated Implementation team who is focused on the rollout of new client solutions in an accurate and efficient onboarding process
• Manage Product development
• Build and Manage the product capability into existing and new industry verticals
• Adoption of new technologies and digital platform growth.
• Be the LLP subject matter expert to support the business as needed with best practices on operational set up and capabilities including interaction and onsite visits with customers
• Keep informed on area/ regional / global supply chain solution projects and products in order to provide support as necessary, across international and domestic supply chain management

• Support the development of sales capabilities in the region by providing product training, Sales Trainings, Product Collaterals, value selling coaching and updates
• Build team with strong supply chain capabilities
• Capture and share knowledge / best practices throughout organization

We are looking for

• Master’s degree from recognized university. Degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred.

➢ Experience:

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics and transportation with proven track record across operations & commercials with focus on driving results.
• Experience of working with wide variety of complex operational and commercial challenges.
• Experience within the Middle East and Pakistan markets will be an advantage.
• 7+ years’ experience in the Product Management, product design, analytics, or operations of International supply chains
• Extensive Supply Chain and International logistics network knowledge
• Knowledge and understanding of customers’ supply chain processes and systems / software (for example S&OP, ERP platforms) would be advantageous
• Direct experience in Chemical or FMCG industry verticals
• Strong understanding of commercial consultative sales process.
