Key responsibilities

- Creating a Business plan for LnS in KSA.
- Continuously review the market for new business opportunities and activities and generate profitable business prepositions
- Position Maersk as their advisor of choice
- Deepen and widen the relationships between Maersk and the customer through active stakeholder management across all relevant geographies and business divisions
- Pro-actively meet (potential) customers in order to obtain/maintain business
- Personally improve the profitability with the customer through winning new, additional (multi product) opportunities .
- Negotiate and finalize agreements on new services, pricing, service levels etc.
- Create and maintain visibility of sales pipeline and activity / results reporting
- Support operational implementation and handover to operations once the business has been landed
- Identify opportunities for additional product development and commercial positioning with new customers
- Ensure contracts and agreements for specific customer solutions are validated and signed off (service agreements, credit agreements, supplier contracts, etc.) as per corporate guidelines
- Initiating the development and implementation of new business solutions
- Sharing of best practices within the team / locations

We are looking for

- Saudi based candidates
- Proven 7+ years of experience in LnS sales in KSA.
- Track record for successful performance.
- People with solution selling capability
- Sound understanding of the Supply chain products and operations
- Proximity to Technology aspect and latest supply chain modules and trends
- A strong continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Self motivated, independent starter who is also a good team player
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of the local supply chain landscape in KSA.
