Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed KPIs by performing quality work and adherence to deadlines.
• Achieve productivity targets – so as to improve the overall performance of the team.
• Adhere to planned shifts.
• Accurate update of task status in Workflow tool.
• Prompt and effective response to email system.
• General reliability as a team member.
• Provide suggestions for internal process improvements.
• Provide support and guidance to new staff
• Achieve/exceed targets of service delivery
• Conduct trainings where ever relevant
• Handling day to day communication with stakeholders
• Learn and execute BCP tasks, if applicable
• Assist in adhoc projects in line with organization focus
• Ensure no fines or penalties are imposed, prevent claims
• Provide suggestions to improve efficiencies
• Participate in internal team meetings and contribute with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit.
• Internal Contacts with various departments Maersk Line Offices.

We are looking for

• Education: Any Graduate.
• General awareness of the practical side of Operations.
• Technical Skills: List any specific computer equipment, programs or systems colleague would be responsible for operating.
• Computer literacy.
• Good knowledge of MSL operations systems.
