Opportunity

- This position will support the Region and Cluster Sales team and center trade and marketing teams to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with organizational strategy, goals, policies and processes.
- This position will be responsible to own Key Business Accounts and will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of these accounts. This will include Quoting, tendering, contract maintenance, coordinating on disputes, IQ.
- Will act as a single point of contact for all sales account owners / customer service teams and own the account from GSC.

Key responsibilities

- Handle all negotiation rounds of CHB Tenders and Quotes for All Customer Segmentations and assigned customers.
- Scope is MAERSK and SEALAND.
- Own Tender accounts E2E and have knowledge in length and breadth of the account being handled
- Deliver a timely and accurate output to key stakeholders/customers
- Responsible to deliver IQ
- Identify trends and work with teams to improve customer experience
- Focal point for Cluster’s act, as liaison between Cluster and GSC teams for the specific customer
- Ambassador for a Cluster towards the GSC organization and vice versa, helping address cross- functional/cross-process issues and continuous improvement
- Drive active engagement activities with the Cluster
- Drive joint initiatives between GSC and sales based on customer wise challenges

We are looking for

- Master or bachelor’s degree from recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Service, Tender, Sales and Performance Management
- The position requires excellent English in written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure - with high sense of urgency.
- Simplification and Automation mindset.
- Ability to work on Multiple systems.
- Detail oriented - ability to perform processes as per pre-defined design
- With strong Customer Service Mindset
- Knowledge of Tenders and Global freight forwarders systems
- Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Basic knowledge on quotes / tenders is an advantage
- Good presentation and Microsoft excel skills
- Must have a critical analytical skills / foresee challenges
