Key responsibilities

- Implement requirements from your colleagues in ServiceNow.
- Configure, customize and improve ServiceNow configurations
- Design solutions in collaboration with the ServiceNow team.
- Participating in system and user acceptance testing efforts.
- Configure and customize various aspects of ServiceNow (workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, discovery, and so on)
- Create capabilities to drive Self-service and automation. (Service Portal, Orchestration,)
- Collaborate within a technical team to develop leading edge platform technologies
- Assisting in post implementation support and system enhancements.
- Performs system administration, application configuration, data cleansing, defect management and dashboard management.
- Assists in the development, testing, training, support and launch plans to deliver a quality product, with user adoption and acceptance.
- Provide L2 Support to ServiceNow Incidents
- Deliver ServiceNow standard services

We are looking for

- Bachelor or candidate degree in computer science.
- ServiceNow system Administrator Certified
- ITIL V3 or V4 foundation certification
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with ServiceNow, preferably having worked in more than one installation.
- Strong JavaScript experience, especially with scripting in ServiceNow.
- AngularJS and Bootstrap skills and understanding
- Experience with Web Technologies like XML, HTML and Web Services.
