Key responsibilities

Design and execute change action plans for SAP S/4HANA releases
Participate in designing the end-user experience by analysing audiences, creating personas, and developing change/learning journeys.
Manage the Change Agent Network; provide a frame of reference for Super Users, Subject Matter Experts, and Change Agents to drive implementation actions
Liaise with the Deployment and Release teams to coordinate and achieve common goals.
Manage (inform, consult, engage) the stakeholder base in the Global Service Centres.
Participate extensively in communication and training activities
Be part of the Fast Forward Finance, and Transformation Office communities of practitioners
Work closely with Scrum Masters, and apply both waterfall and agile methodologies

We are looking for

Professional competencies
Several years of professional experience in change management
Familiar with Agile, Lean, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Experience in IT implementation projects is a plus

Personal competencies
High degree of self-initiative and innovation capabilities
Experience in remote team collaboration
Excellent communication and analytical skills as well as capacity for teamwork
Resilience and adaptability to change
