Ane Mærsk Mc-Kinney Uggla
Ane Mærsk Mc-Kinney Uggla was born in 1948 as the youngest daughter of Emma and Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller. When her father passed away in 2012, she assumed chairmanship of the family foundations.
Born in 1948. After completing a degree in foreign languages, Ms Uggla married Colonel Peder Uggla and settled in Stockholm, where she completed an additional degree in philosophy.
Ms Uggla has served as a boardmember of the A.P. Møller and Chastine Mc-Kinney Møller Foundation and the A.P. Møller Relief Foundation since 1986. When her father passed away in 2012, Ms Uggla assumed chairmanship of both foundations. The A.P. Møller and Chastine Mc-Kinney Møller Foundation owns the controlling stake in A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S.
In addition to chairing the two family foundations, Ms Uggla serves as vice chairman of the A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S Board of Directors. Outside the family firm, she has worked for the Swedish Red Cross since 1986.
