When and how should I inform you that my shipment needs Flex Hub?
Once your Maersk account manager has added Flex Hub to your ocean contract, you only need to inform your Maersk care business partner/service agent at time of booking. We will not be able to accommodate requests for cargo already gated-in or loaded from origin port. Learn more about Flex Hub.
