Maersk Management Consulting offers a wide range of management consulting services to all business units in the Maersk Group, its primary focus being that on strategy, organisation, and transformation & change management programs. This is the services we engage in.

Strategy, growth and turnaround

We engage in strategy at all levels of the business, particularly within business development, growth and turnaround. We use our industry expertise and detailed Maersk Group insight to bridge the gap from strategy to implementation – a task we often undertake ourselves.


Commercial Excellence

We offer services within optimisation of commercial processes, including all areas from sales strategy to pricing optimisation and analysing product and customer portfolios.


Operational Excellence

We engage in operational excellence projects, whose primary focus is on the identification of operational inefficiencies and process optimisation. Often in relation to larger scale strategic efforts and organisational transformation.


Corporate Finance and M&A

We deal with corporate finance and M&A activities, particularly in the execution of business development growth strategies, analysing and providing M&A opportunities, as well as assisting our clients in connection with sales and commercial due diligence.



As part of our strategy and implementation work, we are particularly involved in with the distinct process of (re-)structuring select business unit organisations, from the ground up, to tailor the way Maersk business units operate to their markets and contexts.


PMO and Change Management

We work actively with implementing strategies and organisational changes through involvement in large-scale change and transformation projects, undertaking tasks such as change management, strategy implementation and the setting up and managing of Project Management Offices (PMO).
