The Maersk Company Ltd. today announces the sale of Salamis Group Ltd. to Rheinhold & Mahla AG, Munich, a member of the Bilfinger Berger Multi Service Group, effective 12 July 2006. Upon the purchase contract being signed, Rheinhold & Mahla acquired a 100% stake in Salamis Group Ltd., previously owned in the UK by The Maersk Company, a division of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S.
