At the Annual General Meeting today at Odense Steel Shipyard, Shipowner Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller retired as Chairman due to age and withdrew from the Board. Mr Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller is succeeded by Mr Jess Søderberg as Chairman of the Board. Further, Mr Freddy Frandsen joined the Board. Steen Johansen was re-elected as employee representative and Joint Union Delegate Lars Hansen was newly elected.

Shipowner Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller joined the Odense Steel Shipyard Board in 1948 and in 1965 succeeded Shipowner A.P. Møller as Chairman of the Board.
