The sale of Roulunds Rubber A/S and its five group companies to the German company ContiTech AG referred to in previous press release of 6 February 2006 has been finalised. The sale of the Roulunds Rubber Group has effect from 1 January 2006.

ContiTech AG is a division of Continental AG which has more than 81,000 employees.

The Roulunds Rubber Group is a division of the A.P. Møller – Mærsk Group and has approx. 1,100 employees.
