Managing Director Palle Munk Weidlich (53), at present Holland, is appointed Vice President as of 15 September 2003 in A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S.


Palle Munk Weidlich joined the Line Department in A.P. Møller in 1973 (now Maersk Sealand) where he was occupied with operation, sales and projects.

In 1997 Palle Munk Weidlich was stationed as Managing Director in Maersk Sverige AB in Gothenburg with responsibility for Maersk Line (now Maersk Sealand) and Maersk Logistics.


Palle Munk Weidlich has been Managing Director in Maersk Benelux in Rotterdam since 1999, but he now returns to A.P. Møller’s headquarters in Copenhagen to head a project in Maersk Sealand.


Palle Munk Weidlich has a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and has also supplemented his education with various management courses, at Colombia University among others.
