Mr Jesper Kjædegaard has been promoted to Senior Vice President in A.P. Møller

Mr Jesper Kjædegaard (40), Vice President, will, as of 1 May 1999, be promoted to Senior Vice President in Rederiet A.P. Møller. From the same date, Mr Kjædegaard will take over the position as Line Manager in the Maersk Line organisation in Copenhagen.
Mr Jesper Kjædegaard joined Rederiet A.P. Møller in 1978 as a trainee. In the following years, he held various positions in Maersk Line both in Copenhagen and in the organisations abroad in the Middle East, the Philippines and Japan. From 1993-1995 Mr Kjædegaard was head of Maersk Line in Belgium. In 1995 he returned to Maersk Line in Copenhagen as Marketing Director and was promoted to Vice President later that year. Jesper Kjædegaard is to day responsible for sale and marketing of Maersk Line´s worldwide line activities and the development in new areas and services.
Jesper Kjædegaard has supplemented his education at INSEAD and Cornell University.
